GLASGOW — The Barren County Family YMCA will host an American Red Cross blood drive on Wednesday, January 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Glasgow location.
The blood drive will take place in the small gym at the YMCA, located at 1 YMCA Way. Community members are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance through the American Red Cross website at redcrossblood.org, by calling 1-800-RED CROSS, or by using the Blood Donor App.
The event is part of the American Red Cross’s ongoing effort to maintain an adequate blood supply for hospitals and patients in need. Those who donate between January 1 and January 25 will also be entered for a chance to win a trip for two to Super Bowl LX in California. Visit rcblood.org/SuperBowl for more information.
