Dart in Horse Cave is once again spreading holiday cheer to local children by donating bikes and other toys to Toys for Tots. Together, employees have carried on this tradition for more than 1a decade to help ensure that children in the area receive gifts for Christmas.

According to Dart Human Resources Manager Vickie Rogers, the generosity of the employees reflects the company’s strong connection to the community.

“All Dart employees were involved in the Toys for Tots drive,” Rogers said. “…Our Dart employees has proudly been contributing to the cause for 10 plus years.”

Toys for Tots, a program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, provides toys to children whose families may be experiencing financial hardship. For Dart employees, participating in the program is a meaningful way to give back close to home.

“Dart employees are proud to support the local community, along with local children and families,” Rogers said.

Rogers shared that community involvement is an important part of Dart’s culture and something employees value year after year.

“Our Dart employees have been committed to giving back to the local community and look forward to supporting the community moving forward,” she said.

As the drive continues to grow each year, Rogers said the company is grateful for the dedication and generosity shown by employees who choose to give their time and resources to help others.

“The company is honored and humbled by the continued generosity of our employees and our ability to support the community,” Rogers said.

With each donated bike and toy, Dart employees are helping make the holiday season brighter for local children while staying committed to serving the Horse Cave community and all of Hart County.
