The Butler County Arts Guild held a fundraiser car show on September 6 in front of the courthouse. There were chances of rain, so the car show was pushed back a couple of hours and the day turned out to be a perfect day to be out enjoying all the activities going on.

There were 17 Cars, Trucks, Rat Rods, Motorcycles, and Jeeps that attended. Trophies were given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd along with Best in Show.

The winner of the Kids Choice Award went to Jimmy Gaskey and Rat Rod winner was Bobby Lindsey. The winners for the Jeeps were 1st Place Dennis Hunt, 2nd Place Jimmy Gaskey and 3rd Place John Maples.

The winners for the Cars were 1st Place Terrell House, 2nd Place Roger Keown and 3rd Place went to Jim Szilagyi. The Truck winners were 1st and 2nd Place Roger Keown and 3rd Place Raymon Right. Winners for Motorcycles were 1st Place Josh Rogers and 2nd Place Rick Jones. The overall Best in Show were to Elaine Pendley.
