Mary “Bobby” Byrnes Vincent, 83 Passed Away
Mary “Bobby” Byrnes Vincent, 83, of Martinsville, VA passed away May 12, 2024 at Sovah Martinsville Hospital.
The Edmonson County native was a retired Edmonson County Schools custodian, a member of Midway United Missionary Baptist Church and a former member of Fairview United Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late John Ronald “Jack” Byrnes and Zona Belle Ritter Byrnes. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Basham (Malcolm) and Doris Byrnes; a brother, Charles Byrnes; and a special friend, Nell Webb.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial to follow in Midway Cemetery. Visitation will take place 3-7 PM Sunday and after 10:00 AM Monday.
Surviving are her husband, Tracy Vincent; a daughter, Kimberly Vincent of Martinsville; a son, Jeff Vincent (Casie) of Martinsville; two sisters, Maggie Sue Constant (Romie) of Louisville and Karen LeSieur of Bowling Green; two grandsons, Kristopher “Brett” Vincent and Miles “Brady” Vincent; two great grandchildren, Alani Vincent and Charlie Vincent; and several nieces and nephews.
