Brent Alan Jeffries

GLASGOW – Brent Alan Jeffries, 62, son of Larry K. Jeffries and Mavis J. Ferguson Jeffries of Savoyard, KY, was born on April 19, 1961, in Glasgow and passed away on January 3, 2024.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a welder for Felker Brothers. He also was very interested in the weather and was a “certified” weather watcher.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of 19 years, Terri Ray Jeffries, having united in marriage on April 30, 2004; three stepsons, Clay Jones (Beverly) of Columbia, Johnathan Jones (Tina) Green Co., Jason Jones (Monica) of Glasgow; seven step-grandchildren, Natalie, Kylie, Kinsley, Grayson, William, Jackson; a brother, David Jeffries (Lesia); a sister, Kathy Smith (Danny); nieces and nephews, Peyton Houchens, Eli Smith, Zackary Smith, Evyn Smith, and Madilyn Smith.

Also, preceded in death by his grandparents, Willmoth Jeffries and Agnes Jeffries, Clifton Ferguson, and Mabel Ferguson.

The funeral services for Brent Alan Jeffries will be conducted at 1 P.M., Saturday, January 6, 2024, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, Greensburg with burial in the Jeffries Cemetery. Bro. Travis Vaughn officiating.

Visitation is requested from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M., Central Time, Friday, January 5, 2024, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, and after 7 A.M. Saturday until time of the service.

Memorials are suggested for the Placement of the Family Cemetery Bench which can be made in care of the funeral home.
