Caverna beats Barren County 66-55

The Caverna Colonels basketball team and Coach Steve Barker took the short trip to Barren County and picked up a win. The Colonels beat the Trojans 66-55 to pick up their 3rd win of the young season.

Caverna also has wins over Fort Knox and John Hardin.

In their victory over BCHS, Desmond Rowlett, led the team in scoring with 20 points. Jaylin Craine had 19 points and Tyson Martin reached double figures with 11 points. Martin led the team in boards with 10. Against John Hardin, Craine led the Colonels with 26 points. Russell Williams had 14 points and Beau Barker added 11 points. Williams also had 8 rebounds. Cole Beeler reached double figures with 10 points. Kenyon Martin led the team in rebounds with 9 boards. Maxey Cortavian added 7 rebounds.

Against Fort Knox, Craine lit it up with 34 points. Williams added 11 points. Rowlett and Tyson Martin each had 10 points.
