Letha Mae Pierce Williams

CAVE CITY – Letha Mae Pierce Williams, age 82, departed this life on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Glasgow. The Elizabethtown native was born on August 8, 1941, to the late Coy and Julia Pierce. She was married to Ron Williams, who also preceded her in death.

Letha was a former owner of Pier 19 and a member of Salem Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time outdoors golfing, camping, and RVing. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

She leaves to honor her memory— her sons, Rodney Williams of Cave City and Jeff Williams (Jamie) of Glasgow; grandchildren, Rodney Williams, Jr. (Peanut), Jackson Williams, and Julia Williams; great-grandsons, Cayson Williams, Chandler Williams, and Easton Poynter; sisters, Nancy Ennis and Mary Ella Tabb; and a brother, Coy Pierce, Jr. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Skylar Williams.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hart County High School Library Booster Club; books will be purchased for the high school library and donated in her loving memory: HCHS Library Booster Club, 1014 S. Dixie Hwy, Munfordville, KY 42765.

Interment will be in Caney Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
