Wilma “Joyce” Martin 88, of Bowling Green, passed away
Wilma “Joyce” Martin, age 88, of Bowling Green, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born in Lecta, Kentucky on November 12, 1934, to the late William Henry Morgan and late Mattie Raybon (Williams) Morgan. Ms. Martin was a faithful member of the Refuge Church of Christ in Eighty-Eight, Kentucky.
Joyce is survived by her son, Thomas Alan Martin (Teresa); grandsons, Travis Alan Martin and Trevor Thomas Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Lemmuel Thomas Martin; five brothers; Lonnie, Hadie, Joe, Jesse, and Lendell; and five sisters, Anna Mae Stephens, Paulin Jolly, Leona Peden, Fannie Hardesty, and Hazel Bouton.
Services for Ms. Martin will be held Sunday, October 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, October 1, 2023 starting at 11:00 AM until time for the service at the funeral home.
