David Dale Deckard
GLASGOW – Danny Dale Deckard, 63, passed away August 19, 2023, at TJ Samson Hospital. He was the son of Joe Ann Deckard Young (Billy) and the late Fred Thomas Deckard. He was employed by Magna Metals for many years in Bowling Green, a Marine veteran, and a member of Bethel Independent Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived his wife, Deborah Ferrell Deckard; one grandson son, Justice Deckard (Brittany); two step-grandsons, Tim and Nick Guess; one step-granddaughter, Alicia Ortiz; one step-daughter, Cori Ortiz; one step-son, Christopher Ferrell; and one brother, David Deckard.
In addition to his father he preceded in death by one brother, Michael Deckard.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
