Margaret Aline Froedge
EDMONTON – Margaret Aline Froedge, 76, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at NHC Healthcare. She was born March 1, 1947, to the late Glen Garmon and Doris Garrett Garmon.
Margaret was a member of Edmonton Worship Center, but attended Grace Union Baptist Church. She had made a profession of faith at the age of 52. She loved gospel music, studying her bible, and watching cooking shows.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa (Troy) Romines of Edmonton; one grandson, Jackson Romines; three sisters, Martha Jessie, Wanda Blaydes, and Becky McKenzie (Marty Wilson); and one brother, Kevin Lane Garmon. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Austin, Louie, and Archie Garmon; and her nephew, Tommy Garmon.
Funeral services will be held Friday August 11, 2023, at Grace Union Baptist Church with burial to follow in Chestnut Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the church and after 8:00 A.M. Friday morning until time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grace Union Needy Children Fund.
