James Daniel Harper

GLASGOW – James Daniel Harper, 70, passed away Monday, August 7,2023, at TJ Samson Hospital. He was born October 20, 1952, to the late James Johnson Harper and Ollie Huff Harper.

Survivors include four daughters, Tammie Lynn Harper, Stacey Harper, Jennifer Harper, and April Harper; three sisters, Caroline (Kenneth) Vibbert, Loretta Anderson, and Mary Lois (Roger) Watts.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Wayne Harper; and his sisters, Sue Ann Hurt, Mary Joyce Allen, Juanita Sexton, and Vonda Flowers.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 11, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial in the Lick Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
