Brenda Diane Winlock
GLASGOW – Brenda Diane Winlock, 69, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, at her residence. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of Leattia Jane Smith Huff and the late Willie Bryant Huff.
Diane was a retired certified ophthalmic technician with the McPeak Eye Center. She was a Master Gardener; a member of the Glasgow Garden Club; and a member of the Hiseville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Leattia Huff; one step-daughter, Diana Lee Salerno and husband Greg of Houston, TX; one brother, Mark Anthony Huff and wife Patricia of Park City; one niece, Kacie Nichole Simon and husband Danny of Park City; one nephew, Anthony Scott Huff and wife Lindsay of Park City; along with one great-nephew, Jackson Huff; and two great-nieces, Ellie Jo Huff and Piper Houchens.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Winlock, Jr.; two children, Catina Renee Brown and Chad Bryant Brown; and one step-son, Joe T. Winlock III.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with entombment at Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
One of my best friends who I continued to enjoy meals, hugs, tears, Christmases and birthdays with since retiring from the McPeak Center for Eye Care. We worked with the best. My heart is broken….Rejoice my sweet friend. You have many in heaven that have been waiting. Love, Judy
