Jennifer Lynn Shaw

GLASGOW – Jennifer Lynn Shaw, 61, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023, at the T J Samson Community Hospital. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas “Bill” Furlong and Nettie Pearl Bunch Furlong. She was an employee of Ritchie Pharmaceutical for 29 years and had attended both Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and Southside Baptist Church. Her delight was being “G” to her granddaughter.

Survivors include her husband, Alan Shaw; one son, Jason Fisher and wife Annette of Cincinnati; one granddaughter, Emma Fisher; two sisters, Vicki Pennycuff and husband Ronnie of Merry Oaks, and Debbie Johns of Auburn; two nieces, Tracy Schwegel and Rhonda Pennycuff; one nephew, David Pennycuff.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23, 2023, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternated expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to BRAWA.
