William Howard Byrd

HISEVILLE – William Howard “Hank” Byrd, 85, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at his residence. A native of Barren County, he was the son of the late Ed and Rosie May Mauk Byrd. He was a lifelong farmer.

Survivors include one brother, Joe L. Byrd and his wife Sharon of Hiseville; along with several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Tom Byrd, J. D. Byrd, and Jim Byrd; and by three sisters, Mary Neal, Agnes Neal, and Darlene Byrd.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 21, 2023, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
