William C. “Neal” Moss

EDMONTON – William C. “Neal” Moss passed away on June 30, 2023, at his home in the Subtle community of Metcalfe County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 81 years, and 20 days. He was born in Edmonton Kentucky, on June 10, 1942, the son of William Henry Moss, and Della (Gibson) Moss. He was a self-employed logger and of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine “Josie” (Dyer) Moss of Edmonton, Kentucky; children, Greg (Sandy) Moss, of Edmonton, Kentucky, Tammy (Damon) Perdew of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Troy (Carrie) Moss, Ryan (Sabrina) Dyer, Ashley Dyer (Donny); siblings, L.C. (Joette) Moss, Syvia Acree all of Edmonton, Kentucky; and 18 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, and nephews.

The funeral services were held on July 4, 2023, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with burial in the Leslie Cemetery in Cumberland County.
