J. C. Anderson

BROWNSVILLE – J.C. Anderson, age 75, departed this life on Monday, July 3, 2023, at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. The Allen County native was born on March 26, 1948, to the late Paul and Helen Stinson Anderson.  He was married to Kathy Summers Anderson, who preceded him in death.

J. C. was a U.S. Army Veteran, and worked for many years as a truck driver. He was “Pa” to his grandchildren, loved to work puzzles, work on cars, and loved to pick and aggravate.

He leaves to honor his memory— three daughters, Angela Anderson of Dayton, OH, Christy Stith (David) of Hodgenville, KY, and Angela Hartz (Jeff Basham) of Brownsville, KY; five grandchildren, Zachary Garrison, Caden Campbell, Kaley Hartz, Danielle Hartz, and Easton Basham; eight siblings, Jimmy Anderson, Karen Carver, Patty Blok, Rickey Anderson, Lisa Martin, Kathy Anderson, Leslie Nichols, and Mickey Anderson.

Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Brian Anderson; and two siblings, Sue Sullivan and Ronnie Anderson.

Military honors will be performed by Nesbit Alexander Memorial Post #6937 VFW.  Memorial contributions can be made to Nesbit Alexander Memorial Post #6937 VFW.
