Lois Jones
AUSTIN, KY – Lois Jones, age 97, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Somerset Nursing & Rehab in Somerset KY. Lois was born on August 12, 1925, to the late William Isaac Shields and the late Alie (Oliver) Sheilds.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Jones (Claudette), Kenneth Jones (Mary), and Carlos Jones (Teresa); son-in-law, Royce Watson; grandchildren, Chris Jones (Carla), Brad Watson (Julie), Matthew Jones (Tina), Casey Jones, Melissa Garrett (Travis), Mark Hill (Lisa); several great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by daughter, Glenda Watson; and grandson, Glenn Watson.
The funeral service for Mrs. Jones will be held at 2:00 PM. Friday, July 7, 2023, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cresent Hill Cemetery in Scottsville, KY. Visitation will be Friday, July 7th starting at 10:00 AM. until time for the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mt. Olivet Church Cemetery fund. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Jones.
