Bobby Lewis Coomer
EDMONTON – Bobby Lewis Coomer, 78, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born March 22,1945, to the late Jimmy (Roach) Coomer and Lillie Mae Sneed Coomer.
Survivors include two stepchildren, Chris (Melissa) Brown and Lori (James) Reece; one brother, Billy Coomer; nieces and nephews, Donnie (Melody) Coomer, Greg Coomer, Lisa (Chris) Rutherford, Judy (Randall) Richards, Danny (Martha) Coomer, Michael (Paula) Coomer, Timmy (Kelly) Thompson, Brenda (Jason) Owsley, Scotty Smith, Patricia (Mike) Sessa, Tony (Michelle) Coomer, Vocal Pelly, Hernietta Allen, Larry Huddleston, Tracy Hoover, Bonnie Green; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Hoover, Sarah Smith, Jean Thompson, Evelyn Coomer, Dorothy Beck, Alice Huddleston; brothers, William (Fats) Coomer, Frank Coomer, Arnold Coomer, and JC Coomer; and sister-in-law, Betty Coomer.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 23, 2023, at 2:00 P.M at Big Creek Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Coomer Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home and on Friday at the church 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
