Robert Walton Jolly
UNO – Robert Walton Jolly, age 82, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023, at his home. He was a native of Hart County and served as a jet engine mechanic and B52 crew chief in the United States Air Force. He was Co-Owner of Jolly’s Shell Service in Uno and a retired farmer. He enjoyed playing music, and woodworking. He had his private pilot’s license and enjoyed flying.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda L. Jolly; his parents, Earl Jolly and Carrie Lee Jolly; one sister, Betty Jo Wright; one brother, Kenneth Jolley.
He is survived by his son, Joe Jolly (Dana); three grandchildren, Anthony Jolly (Laura), Daniel Jolly (Sarah), and Hannah Mitchell (Grant); two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dean Bush, and Marilyn Kerr; his dear friend, Viola Riggs; and his beloved dog, Buddy.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 11 AM CST at Winn Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM CST on Friday, June 23, 2023, and from 8 AM CST until the time of service on Saturday.
