Jimmy Estes
GLASGOW – Jimmy Estes, age 49, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Glasgow, KY, on January 16, 1974, to the late George Edmon Estes, Jr. and the late Marjorie Elmore. Jimmy was a big fan of cars and loved to spend time listening to all his favorite rock bands.
He is survived by his son, Dacota Estes; daughters, Whitney Meredith (Tyler), Natane Estes; brother, Joe Estes; sisters, Sherry Coffey, Jennifer Estes; Whitney’s daughters, Addie and Layla, that he adored very much; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his nephew, Christopher Winchester.
The family has chosen to honor Mr. Estes’s wishes for cremation. The memorial service for Mr. Estes will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at The Way Church from 2 PM until 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations for Jimmy’s funeral expenses. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Estes.
