Shirley Jean Page Walker
SUMMER SHADE – Shirley Jean Page Walker, 76, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Signature Healthcare in Tompkinsville. She was born September 22, 1946, to the late Otha Kenneth Page and Betty Marie Adams Page.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Furlong (John Garrett) and Christie (James) Thompson both of Summer Shade; one sister, Lanna Perkins; three brothers, Harley (Gail) Page, Charlie Page, and Harvey Page; three grandchildren, Miranda Furlong (Aaron Hampton), Michael Trent Thompson, and Allyson Thompson; one great-grandchild, Aubrey Hampton.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Walker; brother, Eugene Page, son-in-law, Barry Furlong; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Page’ brother-in-law, Louie Dale Perkins; and two nephews, John Page and Kelvin Perkins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, with burial in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and on Wednesday, 8:00 A.M until time of the service.
