Special-called meeting today for public viewing of judicial center

Allyson Dix, Barren County Progress

A special-called meeting is set for today at 4:30 p.m. for public viewing of the design plans for the new judicial center in Barren County. All of the Project Development Board, who oversees the judicial center project, meetings are open to the public. However, board members voted in April to push back today’s meeting time to encourage the public to attend.

In April, a 3-D animated view was shared by the architects. Today’s meeting will include a detailed presentation of the proposed design elements and another 3-D animated view. The meeting will be held on the 2nd Floor in the Barren County Circuit Courtroom.
