Drug Arrest

On 04/14/2023, Officer Joey Judd with the Edmonton Police Department received information of possible drug activity at 509 South Main Street, Apartment 9. Through the investigation, a search warrant was obtained and executed at the residence. During the search, officers located over 3 pounds of Methamphetamine, along with marijuana, scales, a substance suspected to be Fentanyl, and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Continuing the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Adam Dewayne Milton for:
Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 3rd Offense
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense
Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
Possession of Marijuana
3 Counts of Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree
Persistent Felony Offender II
Trafficking in Marijuana over 8 ounces but less than 5 pounds
Milton was later found in Barren County, where he was arrested and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
Edmonton Police Department was assisted at the residence by Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Deputy Logan Richardson and Trooper Bale of Kentucky State Police.
