The annual Reagan Day Dinner was held by the Metcalfe County Young Republicans (MCYR) on March 18th at the Old School Gym with several political candidates and their representatives speaking.
The 2023 MCYR Scholarship winner was announced as Jax Allen and the attendees listened to several guest speakers before hearing closing remarks from MCYR and Chairman Daniel Bragg.
The attendees enjoyed a meal by local grill master John Logsdon.

The keynote speaker was Metcalfe County’s own KY State Representative Amy Neighbors.

Lt. Governor Nominee and 16th District KY State Senator Max Wise campaigning for Kelly Craft Candidate for Governor of KY.

KY State Auditor and Candidate for KY Governor Mike Harmon stated on social media, “My 3rd campaign stop today was in Metcalfe County for the Young Republicans Reagan Day Dinner. They are a wonderful group I have so enjoyed visiting with over the last several years. Thank you for the opportunity to share about my race for Governor.”
