Charles Wayne Hale, 79, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away
Charles Wayne Hale, 79, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at the Shanti Niketan Hospice House. He was born May 11, 1943 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Charles Turner Hale and Willie Belle McGuire Hale. Charles co-owned Charles T. Hale and Son with his father and worked as a carpenter. He loved classic cars, going to Cruise-ins, car shows, and driving his red and white 1955 Chevy. Mr. Hale was a longtime member of Glenview Christian Church.
Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Eddie June Hale; two sons, Chuck Hale, Chris Hale (Carla); two granddaughters, Courtney Dolbeare (Timmy), Camryn Hale; two sisters, Brenda Eaton (Larry), Bonnie Pulliam (David); and step mother, Lola Hale (James).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
The funeral service for Mr. Hale will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 2nd at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday morning from 10:30 AM until time for the service at the funeral home. A. F. Crow & Son is honored to be entrusted in the care of Mr. Hale and his family.
