GLASGOW – Wilma Jean Bragg, 67, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on January 9, 1955, to the late Robert Kenneth Settles and Alma Jean Broady Daffron, who survives. Wilma retired from Eastern Elementary School as the cafeteria manager, where she loved her job and serving the children of Barren County. She was a devoted wife, mother, granny, daughter, and sister. Her giving heart was unlike any other. She loved her family and friends unconditionally. Wilma married the love of her life, Randall, on September 6, 1969. Their love and care for each other over 53 years of marriage has influenced all their family. She loved playing bingo in her spare time.

Along with her loving husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Stacy Tinnat (Mike) and Melissa Crumpton (Danny); eight grandchildren, Jenny, Annie, Tanner, Santana, and Mandy Elmore, Maddison, Nathaniel, and Daniel Crumpton; four great-grandchildren, Wilhelmina Blair, Sophia Deweese, Brentley Benjamin, Xarium Keith; two brothers, Gary Daffron and Larry “Ed” Daffron; and one sister, Rita Daffron.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard Earl Broady and Allie Bell Broady; one brother, James Lee Daffron; and her stepfather, James Bradley “Bob” Daffron.

The funeral service for Mrs. Bragg will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 23, 2022, at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Peer’s Family Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday morning until the time for the service at the funeral home.
