GRACE VINCENT WOOD

BEE SPRINGS – Grace Vincent Wood, age 90, departed this life Sunday, August 28, 2022, at her residence. The Edmonson County native was born February 13, 1932, to the late Jake and Nannie Bunn Meredith Vincent.  She was married to Larry Oneal Wood, who preceded her in death.

Grace worked as a homemaker and tried her best to care for the natural and spiritual needs of her family. She was a member of Bee Spring Missionary Baptist Church.

She leaves to honor her memory her daughter and caretaker, Donna Rich (Tim) of Bee Spring; seven grandchildren, Ashlee Jaggers (Matthew), Heather House (Nathan), Jonathan Wood (Carla), Brooke Cole (Bradley), Bridgett Rich, Ryan Rich (Rachel), and Adam Rich; twelve great-grandchildren; one brother, Johnny Pete Vincent (Mary Alice) of Brownsville; two sisters, Avis Stevenson of Bee Spring and Darlene Kerr (Rudd) of Leitchfield; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her two children,  Ronald Bruce Wood, and Debra Kay Minton.
