Republican Congressman Brett Guthrie took time out of his busy schedule last Tuesday to do some big talk, with some small people at Highland Elementary School.

Prior to COVID-19, Guthrie made an effort to go out into local schools across the state, and get to know the up-and-coming minds that will be the movers and shakers for Kentucky. He is now making an effort to reinstate this tradition and talk about important things like the three branches of government, the constitution, and how laws are made.
