Metcalfe Continues Winning Streak

7th-Metcalfe played strong against a less experienced Campbellsville team capturing the win 39-10.

Line scores: MCMS – Allen 8, Blythe 11, Hurt 4, Tucker 8, Phelps 2, Shirley 4, and England 2; CMS – Gholston 4, Taylor 4, and Mounce 2.

8th-Metcalfe controlled the game from the start with 7 players contributing to the scoring. Campbellsville had difficulty with Metcalfe’s defense and struggled to get points on the board. Metcalfe 35-Campbellsville 12

Metcalfe Takes on Hart

7th-Metcalfe takes the win 36-19.

8th – Metcalfe won 37-9

Metcalfe Matches up Against Casey

7th-The second meeting of Metcalfe and Casey proved to be a fun one for the fans. Metcalfe kept the lead the entire game, but Casey was always right on their heels. Lily Blythe led rebounding for Metcalfe with 7 and Zaylee Tucker led steals with 4. Jozie Allen had 19 points for the game, leading Metcalfe. Casey outscored Metcalfe in the 4th quarter 11-6 led by Campbell scoring 11 of her 25 points. However, it wasn’t enough to take the lead and Metcalfe won the game 32- 25.

8th-Metcalfe had the early lead after the 1st quarter 11-9 and kept it till half time 22-19. Aubrie Compton controlled the boards for Metcalfe, pulling down 14, while Glass and Allen added 8 each.  Jolly had 5 assists for the game. Casey came out of the half-time break and scored two quick 3 pointers to put them ahead 32-29. However, Bree Jolly for Metcalfe answered in the final quarter of play by scoring 8 points to help her team take a 14 to 7 lead for the quarter. Metcalfe won the game 44-39.
