CAROL JUNE KRAMER

GLASGOW – Carol June Kramer, 86, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021, in Nashville after a brief illness. Born, September 26, 1934, in Edmonton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Chapman and Rose Bragg Simmons.  

 Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Joseph Kramer; and a daughter, Alice Thurman; and several brothers and sisters. 

 Mrs. Kramer in her adult life resided in Chicago, Illinois working and raising her family. After retiring she and her husband moved back to Kentucky. He passed away August 13, 2018. 

 She enjoyed her retirement, shopping, and going out to dinner were things she enjoyed and looked forward to. She will be remembered for her warm smile, always dressed in the highest of fashion, and to say the least hair and makeup were always perfect. 

 She is survived by a daughter, Rita, and husband Tom Boss of Glasgow; seven grandchildren, Tommy, Brandy, and Timmy Boss, Alisa Walker, Dale Hurt, Jr., Jason (Katie) Hurt, and Joseph Hurt; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. 

 Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 18, 2021, with burial in the Missionary Mound Cemetery.
