Tender, touching, witty, thrilling, or thoughtful, there is something for everyone in BLT’s recently announced schedule of plays for the remainder of the year.
“We are very excited to announce our plays for the remainder of 2021,” said a press release.
The theater will have some special arrangements in place.
“Seating will be limited. All seating will be on the floor similar to the setup of how it has been during dinner theaters in the past. Masking will be required. Season Tickets will not be sold for these shows, each show’s tickets will go on sale approximately 6-8 weeks before opening night. This will allow us to adapt as changes are made to the regulations relating to live events. Tickets purchased together will be considered a household and be allowed to sit together.”
“A Night of Music” will be held on May 7, 8, and 9.
The first event is described as a celebration of the return to the theater after being closed during the pandemic. Attendants can expect show tunes and other Broadway standards.
“This special concert cabaret event will be sure to be a night of music you do not want to miss,” said the press release.
“Farce of Nature” to be held June 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, and 27 is described as a southern-fried farce, and is certain to be good for some belly laughs.
For the philosopher in us all, “Waiting of Godot” will be on stage August 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
October 1, 2, and 3 will bring a classic for the whole family, “Little Red Riding Hood, and later in October, thrills, and chills will sweep the set 21-24, and 28-32 with “Bad Seed”.
