Skeletal Remain Found in Sulphur Well

Last week on January 19th, a logger discovered human remains in a wooded area on Edwin Williams Rd. in northern Metcalfe County in the community of Sulphur Well. 

Kentucky State Police Post 15 received a call regarding the skeletal remains, and several units responded, and located the remains on the property.   

The Metcalfe County Coroner took the remains to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville, KY for identification.   

Detective Josh Dicken is investigating this incident.
