Winning way: 4-H Shooting Sports

Ben Welsh, Charlie Dickson, Noah Shirley, Lane Judd, and Dylan Fields.

 

Metcalfe County 4-H youth participated last weekend in the State 4-H Shoot.

The 22 pistol, 22 long rifle, air rifle, and air pistol teams shot Saturday at Bluegrass Sportsman League in Wilmore, KY.

The teams consisted of the following students in these age decisions:

9-11

Carson Brown 2nd place in target 22 rifle age 12-14, Carson Brown 5th place in sport 22 rifle, Jackson Simpson 5th in target 22 rifle age 12-14, Jackson Simpson 5th in sport air rifle, and Aelec Baker 6th place in 22 pistol 15-18.

Metcalfe won 3rd place team in the 12-14-year-old!
