Drug charges, one arrested
On Jan. 18 at approximately 05:50, officers of the Morgantown Police Department, arrived at Green River Feedmill for a suspicious person complaint.
Officers made contact with Brian Tomes, age 39, of Morgantown KY. Tomes was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Deg, 1nd Offense (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. Tomes was lodged in the Butler County Jail.
