Last Thursday, with hope and excitement, The Metcalfe County High School Class of 2018 walked the line. One hundred and sixteen graduates received their diplomas.
Principal Kelly Bell says the Class of 2018 is characterized by strength and kindness.
“They work hard, love to play hard and always no matter the circumstances are kind. That combination makes them such incredible men and women,” she said.
Thanks to programs offered by the high school and affiliates many of the students are already partaking in training that prepared them for future careers.
A large crowd cheered the graduates on.
